The run program is specific to your marathon goal race pace, with the Agile approach delivering a minimum viable/variable program that reduces uncertainty, includes athlete feedback, and establishes athlete process-based goals on a simple plan of 1-4 weeks training at a time.
Agile programming is about building a straightforward process of building a performance where the Athlete is in control and the Coach is nurturing. Through smaller and more adaptable training processes of discovering, designing, developing, and testing along the way the Athlete and Coach can adjust accordingly to real life occurrences.
